Three games in Missouri Valley action on Wednesday, including Wichita State’s conference-clinching victory over Missouri State.

Here’s the Wednesday roundups, with updated standings below:

Drake 62, Bradley 55: Jordan Clark grabbed 16 rebounds, and Rayvonte Rice and Kurt Alexander scored 15 points apiece for Drake (15-12, 8-8), which never trailed in the second half.

Evansville 63, Northern Iowa 62: Denver Holmes banked in a 3-pointer with 0.6 seconds left to lift Evansville. Holmes’ 3 from the top of the key was his second in the final 18 seconds. The first put the host Purple Aces (13-13, 8-8) ahead 60-59.

    All in all, Creighton is way ahead of where we thought we would be. It’s no surprise that WSU is doing well with their entire NIT team back. Just getting into the NCAAs, even as seed feed will be an accomplishment for Creighton in 2012.
