A Creighton team that has spent much of the last month spinning its wheels offensively rediscovered Saturday the efficiency that makes it lethal.

The Bluejays rolled into the championship game of the Missouri Valley tournament with a 99-71 rout of Evansville at the Scottrade Center. It was the most points Creighton had scored since putting up 102 on Feb. 1 against Illinois State, the team it will face in Sunday’s 1:05 p.m. title game.
