UCLA (48-14)

>> Trends: In tournament starts against New Mexico and Texas Christian, Vander Tuig has allowed just six hits and one earned run in 14 innings.
>> UCLA will win if: The Bruins keep on keeping on. They have chewed through six tournament games by allowing just 10 runs, by committing just two errors and by taking full advantage of most of their offensive opportunities.

ARIZONA (44-17)
>> Pitcher: RH Konner Wade (9-3, 4.49 ERA)
>> Top hitters: Johnny Field (.379, 3 HRs, 44 RBIs), SS Alex Mejia (.362, 3 HRs, 52 RBIs), 3B Seth Mejias-Brean (.357, 1 HR, 57 RBIs)
>> Trends: The Wildcats have lost 14 of the past 21 meetings with the Bruins, including two of three at home this season. After getting a complete-game victory from Kurt Heyer in the opening game of the series, Arizona saw its pitchers give up 31 hits and 21 runs in the final two games.
>> Arizona will win if: The Wildcats continue to show skill on the hill. Arizona has allowed more than two earned runs in just one of its six tournament games.
