By late Saturday, you’ll know who won the Ohio State-Nebraska game.
But right here early Sunday morning, you’ll find out who won the game off the field.
The Omaha World-Herald and the Columbus Dispatch have teamed up with VoterTide to bring you the Social Gridiron, a project that will measure which team’s fans made a bigger dent on Twitter during the game.
The Social Gridiron features an interactive breakdown of the minute-by-minute Twitter activity. It will track top words, tweets and hashtags and pull in fan photos from the game.
Can Husker Nation pull this one out? You can help! To make your game-related tweets count toward the final standings, just use the hashtag “#Huskers” during the game.
Whose fans tweeted the most during Saturday’s game? Who had the most retweeted comments and photos?
We’ll tally the results Saturday night – and they’ll be unveiled early Sunday morning, so bookmark omaha.com/socialgridiron.
The project will go live right after the game.
