Nebraska basketball redshirt Deverell Biggs has been cited for driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident, according to Omaha police.

The incident occurred at 1:40 a.m. Sunday. Police reported that Biggs’ blood alchohol content was .134. The legal limit for people of drinking age is .08. Biggs doesn’t turn 21 until February.

Husker coach Tim Miles said Wednesday he is “greatly disappointed  in Deverell’s actions,” and that he will gather more information before imposing disciplinary action. The former Omaha Central star had a strong first semester in Lincoln, Miles said.
