Hutchinson (Kan.) Community College defensive tackle Ben Bradley is still on the market for the 2013 recruiting class. And according to HuskerOnline and Big Red Report, he’s added Auburn and Kentucky to Nebraska and Missouri for his final list of schools.

The message board scuttlebutt was that the 6-foot-2, 315-pound Bradley was close to a lock for signing with NU this week. But with JUCO prospects, there’s rarely a lock until the papers are signed and the player enrolls.

Nebraska could surely use Bradley. But NU defensive line coach Rick Kaczenski made a good point this week when he said he has to find and mold developmental players as well as recruiting the best prospects.
