Nebraska backup point guard Mike Peltz is expected to miss Wednesday’s Big Ten opener at No. 8 Ohio State, coach Tim Miles said Monday.

Peltz, who has a tear in his patellar tendon, has had ongoing problems this season with his knee. All other Huskers are expected to play in the 5:30 p.m. CST game on BTN.

The league also has established starting times for Nebraska games the next two Sundays.

NU’s home game against Wisconsin on Sunday will tip off at 3:30 p.m. The Jan. 13 game at Michigan State will tip off at 5 p.m. CST.
