Recruiting: Chongo Kondolo commits to Nebraska
Sam McKewon Omaha World-Herald

Nebraska keeps adding commits to its offensive line, as Fresno City College guard Chongo Kondolo committed to NU Thursday night. HuskerOnline first reported the news.

A three-star prospect according to 247Sports, Rivals and Scout, the 6-foot-4, 290-pound Kondolo picked the Huskers over Tennessee, BYU, Utah State and Illinois, which were his other four official visits. He got late offers from Arkansas, Oklahoma, Florida State, Syracuse and Maryland, as well.

Kondolo projects to a center or guard position at Nebraska. The Huskers have senior Spencer Long at right guard for 2013. At left guard, NU could roll with senior Cole Pensick, or, if Pensick moves to center, use junior Jake Cotton and sophomore Ryne Reeves. Kondolo gives Nebraska another piece at the position.
