Dylan Shenk scored 25 of his game-high 34 points in the first half as Class D-1 No. 7 High Plains set its school record for points in a game and broke the tournament record as well.

It was only the second boys team in the state this season to top 100 points in the state this season. Elwood beat Southwest 106-38 in late December.

Cole Klingsporn had six 3s and 28 points for the Storm (17-4). Isaac Splattstoesser had 20 points and Jon Simonson 17 for Heartand Lutheran (7-13).
