Already with a few offers to boast, Millard West junior Harrison Phillips just got his biggest.

The 6-foot-4, 247-pound Phillips said Saturday that he had received an offer from Kansas State, the first BCS Conference school to offer the defensive end prospect.

Phillips, an All-Nebraska selection and two-time state wrestling champion, already held offers from Ohio, North Dakota and South Dakota State.
