Different side of Alfonzo Dennard DUI stop emerges
Sam McKewon Omaha World-Herald

Former Nebraska defensive back Alfonzo Dennard allegedly has his own side to the DUI arrest that occurred in Lincoln early Thursday morning. And someone who knows Dennard’s side of the story has dished some of those details to NFL.com reporter Ian Rapoport. Yes, a reporter is citing “someone who heard Dennard’s side of his arrest” as a source.

The person who knows Dennard claims Dennard said he blew into the breathalyzer twice — registering below-the-legal-limit BAC marks — only for the arresting officer to tell him he didn’t blow hard enough, which led to the failure to comply charge.
