Gary Parrish of CBS Sports and Nicole Auerbach of USA Today are reporting that Creighton forward Doug McDermott suffered a sprained shoulder joint during the Bluejays’ 81-62 win over DePaul, and that the senior should not miss any playing time with the injury.
The results of the forward’s MRI test were first reported by Parrish on Twitter:
Results from Doug McDermott's MRI are back. Sprained joint. Nothing serious. Should play Sunday vs. Xavier, a source told @CBSSports.
