A weekend hot streak continued Sunday night for Nebraska’s 2014 recruiting class when Chicago De La Salle running back Mikale Wilbon committed to the Huskers over Twitter.

A 5-foot-9, 195-pounder, Wilbon is rated four stars by Rivals and 247 Sports and three stars by ESPN and Scout. He took his official visit Jan. 17 to Nebraska after decommitting from Vanderbilt when coach James Franklin took the job at Penn State. Wilbon had offers from Iowa, Missouri, Purdue and Georgia Tech, among other schools.
