Robert Ozuna (39-3), Omaha North, vs. Joey Perez (47-2), Papillion-La Vista, 126 pounds: Perez lost to Ozuna 6-3 in their Metro Conference final.
Patrick Kelley (51-2), Omaha Burke, vs. Riley Hays (42-7), Elkhorn South, 152 pounds: Kelley, a senior, broke the Class A single-season victory record of 49 on Thursday.
Corbin Foster (31-2), Omaha Central, vs. Johnny Porter (36-0), Bellevue East, 160 pounds: Foster’s only Class A loss this year was to Porter in the season-opening Vern Ekfelt Invitational.
DeValon Whitcomb (21-5), Omaha North, vs. Chase Reis (42-0), Grand Island, 220 pounds: Only semifinal that pairs up wrestlers from North, G.I. and Millard South. Could be key for the Islanders protecting their state reign.

Joseph Hayek (40-0), Seward, vs. Dakota Hernandez (38-7), Lexington, 138 pounds: Hayek is ranked first and Hernandez second. Hayek is also the defending champion in this class.
Colton Adams (48-2), Scottsbluff, vs. Quinten Dawes (45-3), Gretna, 145 pounds: Adams, a Nebraska recruit, is the state’s career wins leader and Dawes is tied as the state’s career pins leader.
Jake Walker (43-6), Omaha Skutt, vs. Jacob Pfeifer (37-0), Holdrege, 152 pounds: Pfeifer holds the No. 1 ranking and Walker is second.
Alex Boryca (39-0), Cozad, vs. Logan Radik (41-3), Gretna, 220 pounds: Boryca, an NU football walkon, meets a talented sophomore.
De Terence Smith (38-2), Boys Town, vs. Alex Meier (35-6), Adams Central, 220 pounds: Smith should be well-rested. He needed only 46 seconds to pin his first two opponents.
Rolando Trevino (46-1), York, vs. Matt Clark (43-0), Syracuse, 285 pounds: An All-Nebraska football player as a junior, Clark pinned Trevino in the first round of the York Invitational to start the year.

Evan Gideon (45-0), Sargent-Burwell/Loup County, vs. Kaleb Puncochar (45-1), Grand Island Central Catholic, 132 pounds: Both wrestlers are undefeated against in-state opponents.
Michael Duffy (36-0), Shelton/Kenesaw, vs. Ben Lodema (38-1), Raymond Central, 195 pounds: Lodema avenged his loss, in December to Wyatt Kastl of David City, in districts.

Stevin Horrocks (39-1), Hay Springs, vs. Scott Adams (38-1), Freeman, 220 pounds: Horrocks is ranked first and Adams third. In last year’s consolation semifinals, Horrocks won in overtime.
Grant Clausen (13-3), Sumner-Eddyville-Miller, vs. Tanner Hircock (36-11), Amherst, 285 pounds: Hurt for much of the year, Clausen is back in the semifinals after losing to eventual champion Nathan Bazata of Howells-Dodge in 2013.
